Norton canes under 15s

Hi my name is Brian yapp im 41 years of age, im a volunteer football coach for a team, Norton Canes pumas. My son wanted to start playing football and wanted me to coach him, so from their i have got a team together with some incredible young players that just want to learn and play football. We have just joined our local community Norton Canes and this will be our first season. We are all very excited to get started but we are limited with equipment. I brought out of my own money the basics to get started but just isn't enough as these break and get lost. and hard some times to replace. So I just asking for a little help to keep the teams dreams alive and let them carry on doing what they love the most play FOOTBALL. Thank you.
