Northwich 10K for Autism Inclusive
Do you want to join me in making a difference?
On 30th June I'm running the Northwich 10K to raise money in aid of Autism Inclusive (AI) and every donation will help.
For many autistic and neuro diverse people, the world feels overwhelming and this can cause them considerable anxiety. In particular, understanding and relating to other people can be very challenging, making it difficult for them to form friendships and relationships or take part in everyday family, school, work and social life activities. As a consequence autistic and neurodiverse people can become very isolated and excluded.
AI works to support autistic adults and children, those with ADHD and any other neurodiversity, along with their families and carers by providing a sense of community - allowing neurodiverse people and their families to feel they belong and by offering a safe space, where individuals can be themselves, find specialist support and advice or simply just to relax and have fun, free of judgement.
The AI centre in Crewe hosts a range of activities including 14+ gaming, family fun activities, climbing club, support groups (adults and family/parents groups), one to one consultations, as well as a range of sensory equipment and a fully equiped sensory room for hire.
Thank you in advance for supporting AI, a cause that means so much to me.
