Help our Kimberley and Pilbara Women combine as the Northwest to Represent WA at the AFL Masters in Darwin!

In September 2025, a team of 21 incredible women from the Northwest Region (Kimberley/Pilbara) will head to Darwin to proudly represent Western Australia – at the National AFL Masters Carnival.

These women, all aged 35 and over, are proud products of the EKFL WKFL and NPFL leagues. Many never had the opportunity to play footy growing up — now, they’re grabbing their chance to pull on a WA jumper and represent their communities on the national stage.

But these women are more than players —

They are mums, coaches, volunteers, and mentors. They’re the ones bringing through the next generation at their local clubs, quietly giving back year after year. Now, it’s their time.

This isn’t just about footy —

It’s about connection, leadership, and showcasing the strength of regional women on a national platform.

Why This Is Truly Our Most Kimberley Team Yet -

This team isn’t just from the Kimberley, We are the Kimberley.

Wickham

We represent the heart of community footy:

This team brings together remote, rural, and regional women with one mission:

To represent the North West with strength, pride, and unity.

Why we need your help:

Too often, these women put everyone else first. Now, they’re doing something for themselves — and we’re doing everything we can to make it as affordable and accessible as possible.

We’re not asking for a free trip, just a helping hand to ease the cost and make this opportunity a reality.

Estimated Costs where funds will be directed:

✈️ Flights: $7,500

️Accommodation: $12,000

Car Hire: $3,000
