Northern Vietnam Health Care Outreach

Hi Everyone,

Firstly, thank you for considering donating to this incredible initiative.

14 of us passionate university students are heading to Northern Vietnam in November to work and provide health care to patients in remote Vietnamese communities.

As you can imagine, these underserved areas and resource-poor communities lack much needed resources to deliver effective care. This opportunity is incredible because we can provide for an impoverished population without regular access to health care.

However, due to limited resources, we as students and care providers need to work together to gather, collect, and supply essential healthcare items and health promotion/education materials to take with us.

We are grateful for even the smallest donation- to help us fund the sourcing of supplies, equipment, and essential healthcare products. This, in return, means we can deliver adequate healthcare to those in need and positively impact the health and lives of those in desperate need of our services.

We will be using the funds for

- To assist in paying for patients’ medications and or transport for further healthcare

- Purchase of clinical supplies & medical equipment

- Purchase of health education/promotion supplies

- Menstrual kits for women & condoms!

- Essential daily living supplies to prevent further health decline

- School resources

Any remaining funds will be used to support the local health district by purchasing any identified clinical equipment and/or supplies.

• A copy of the fundraising certificate from the organisation (Nineteen Degrees) can be sighted for anyone who would like to sight it before donating.
