Northern Star Australian Shepherds fight against Parvo

If any one of us ever had to recommend anyone in the world who loved and cared more about her puppies & dogs than Sara, I don’t think we’d find a soul alive. So to find that the Parvo virus has smuggled its way into the Northern Star puppy paradise, is beyond heartbreaking. This horrible virus has already stolen one of these most cherished puppies and has affected and is taking its toll on more of their loves.

Parvo is no joke. It takes its toll fast and swift, especially for the ones that aren’t fully vaccinated. (And it can still affect ones with vaccinations) The costs for the vet and drugs are beyond insane, let alone the cost for the “miracle drug” that has done amazing things for the rest of the litter that did make it. Sara and Bob are doing everything they can (and beyond) to save the two older pups that are currently sick and in addition to that they are constantly disinfecting every single surface and object they possibly can, while having two brand new litters to keep safe. I’m not sure there has been an ounce of sleep over there between insane worry, disinfecting, and while maintaining the everyday chores.

All that was just said doesn’t even start to tell the emotional turmoil and rollercoaster that they are going through but I do know that every single one of us that has a Northern Star Aussie knows that we have something (or someone) special. I know we all would love to help out and I know Sara wouldn’t ever ask for help herself. The best way possible right now we can help her and Bob is to send whatever you can, even if it’s $5.
