Pupdate We have relaunched our Gofundme account to help with the growing vet costs of out 2 special dogs. Matty was attacked by a dog up north and needed to have his front leg amputated. And Little fox came in with Parvo. She fought so hard we had to fought for her. After 4 days at the vets she was cleared to come home!!! As you can imagine since we rely totally on donations and fundraising this has broken our bank and we desperately need your help. Northern Reach Rescue Network began in mid 2014.  Since then, this organization has brought into rescue almost 5,000 dogs from remote northern Ontario communities.  Most of the dogs are flown in to Thunder Bay, fostered for a very brief period of time, and then transported via cargo van to reputable rescue groups in southern Ontario.  This summer we will celebrate our 5th anniversary and 5,000 dogs rescued!  So we thought that a gofundme of $5,000 would be the perfect dollar amount for us to raise!!  We say yes to every dog that needs help.  Whether they be strays, puppies, surrendered dogs, injured dogs - we say yes to every single dog that needs help.  Our volunteer group spans from Thunder Bay all the way to southern Ontario.  We have worked very closely with the OSPCA this past year (2018 - Year of the Northern Dog) and rescued more dogs than ever.  Please follow us on Facebook and share with your friends.  We LOVE what we do.  And we couldn't do the awesome work that we do without the awesome people like you that LOVE the dogs as much as we do!  Thank you so very much for your support! The funds raised will be used towards the flights from the Northern Communities to Thunder Bay, dog food up north, dog supplies up north, vet bills for any dog in foster care needing it, transportation of dogs to Southern Ontario, renting cargo vans to take dogs, sending up burlap, dog supplies for fosters and crates. The money will be withdrawn by myself Erin Manahan (board member for Northern Reach Rescue Network) and sent to the [email redacted] account by etransfer monthly.
