We are the Northern Arizona University Formula SAE Team, a group of students with a passion for motorsports and a drive to innovate. As a second year team we plan on drastically improving from last years car and taking on the incredible challenge of designing, building, and competing with a high-performance race car in the Formula SAE competition located in Michigan. This project is an opportunity to apply our classroom knowledge to real-world engineering problems, while developing teamwork and leadership skills.

What is Formula SAE?

Formula SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) is an international competition that brings together universities around the globe to compete in designing and building the best small formula-style race car. The competition evaluates our car on a variety of criteria, including design, cost, and performance through static and dynamic events such as an autocross, acceleration test, endurance test, and more!

Why We Need Your Support

Building a race car from scratch is a monumental task that requires significant financial resources. Your generous contributions will help us cover essential expenses, including:

- Materials and Components: High-quality materials for the chassis, suspension, engine, and other critical components.

- Manufacturing Costs: Machining, welding, and other fabrication processes.

- Testing and Development: Equipment and facilities to test and fine-tune our car for optimal performance.

- Travel and Competition Fees: Transporting our team and car to competitions, and entry fees for events.
