Help us make North Yorkshire Open Studios 2022 as vibrant as ever!
The arts sector has taken a huge hit over the last 12 months and NYOS was not left unscathed.
Our event supports artists working in rural settings and is free for the public to access, with thousands of brochures printed and posted out every year.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, run by the artists.
The event is paid for by artist fees and advertising in our brochure, with all income from artwork sales going directly to the artists themselves.
This is especially vital at a time when artists’ revenue has been badly affected.
NYOS21 has unfortunately had to be cancelled, due to the ongoing limitations of the pandemic.
Organisation for NYOS 2021 was well underway, but we had to make the heartbreaking decision to not go ahead again this year.
Our first priority is to keep our visitors and artists safe.
Like many events, our finances have taken a huge hit due to Covid-19. We had already invested a significant proportion of our annual budget to marketing and publicity before the national lockdown lead to the cancellation of our physical event in 2020 and now 2021 too.
Your money will be used towards coming back bigger and stronger next year; promotion and publicity, such as the design and production of brochures, maps and signage, allowing visitors to plan their visit and locate our artists, as well as advertising the event far and wide.
We all look forward to welcoming you back behind the scenes June 2022!
