Help us send a container of used household items to Africa

Hi

My name is Mathew and I need your help in changing the lives of people in Africa and keeping household items out of the landfill in Canada

I have a family owned and operated Junk Removal business here in North Vancouver - www.cityjunk.ca

I have owned this business for close to four years and while we have worked very hard to divert items from the landfill it has become increasingly difficult to do so as donation centres become full. This has resulted in more and more good and useable items going into the landfill

We need your help in raising money so that we can send these items to Africa so that they can be put to good use

Many people in Africa are still sleeping on the ground in shanty towns and are without the absolute basics like a mattress to sleep on, we are looking to make a difference in these peoples lives.

Our first step is to run a pilot project to prove the model and then we will be rolling this out as a non profit organization and ultimately a charitable organization
