Pelican Narrows, a northern community in Saskatchewan, is considering conducting a dog cull over the Easter long weekend. Gayle Yungwirth from North of 54 Frontline Dog Rescue is requesting a meeting in the community for the cull to be postponed. There are an estimated 100 stray dogs in the community, and funds are needed for food, supplies, medical care, and to rent transportation. Dogs who are not tied up will be killed. These dogs do not deserve to die. Any donation at all will help rescue dogs. Please no negative comments.
