North Nashville Children's Choir Needs An Organ

!! We have purchased an organ! This was done with all of your beautiful contributions. All remaining funds go to staffing our program for the year and purchasing the wardrobe.

  Hi everyone! My name is Tatia Rose. I'm one of the founders at Sangtuary, a church in North Nashville - More info HERE on what we are all about. Our initiatives are simple: Community services that address issues of social justice, equality and poverty and which are implemented through programs that are music based.

The brightness of all our futures depends on the children of today. For this reason, our first community program is the North Nashville Children's Choir. NNCC is a free program for all youths in the North Nashville area. The choir will work on performing and arranging contemporary, traditional and original Gospel music, in addition to secular pieces that are thematically related to the love shown by Jesus.

In order to present this program with the full spirit we envision, we are humbly asking for funds to procure a B3 organ as well as choir performance outfits for the kids (formal and casual that they can utilize for other attire needs outside of the church).

As a lifelong music educator, I've seen the difference music education and ensembles can make in the lives of young people. Please help us make that life-changing difference.
