We are the Rainbow Squad! We are a group of North Eugene region teachers and counselors planning a Pride event that is truly youth-centered. Our event is positive and family-friendly. We are focused on connecting young people to joy and enthusiasm and building partnerships with community organizations. We will have vendor tables, resource outreach, and an art expo. We have inclusive and fun interactive activities such as mural painting, games, tutu making, and a clothing exchange. The goal is for the event to be truly accessible to all students regardless of their ability to pay and so we are fundraising to provide free face painting, sno-cones, food, door prizes, rainbow swag, a photo booth, entertainment, and music.
