North East Dementia Care Fundraiser

In December 2024, my gran lost her battle with dementia and Alzheimer's, a disease that stole so much from her and our family. Watching her struggle over the years was heartbreaking, but it also opened my eyes to the immense challenges faced by those living with dementia, and the families who care for them.

North East Dementia Care, a local charity in Sunderland offer invaluable services that help people with dementia live as comfortably and independently as possible. But they need our help to continue their vital work.

I’m fundraising in my gran’s memory to ensure that others don’t have to face this journey alone. The funds I raise will go directly to North East Dementia Care, helping them provide care, support, and resources to those living with dementia in the North East.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. Your support will not only honor my gran’s memory but will also help those still battling this heartbreaking disease.
