North Country Supports It's Own: Billy Decillis

The picture you see is of Billy Decillis with his dog Nala. You're reading this because Billy is unable to work because of a current medical procedure that left him with post-op problems. Financial obligations will take his home without intervention. We're sharing the pic with him and Nala to remind us of Billy in better times. Unfortunately, Nala just passed, leaving a friend without their only support.
