Norman Barrow Memorial Scholarship Fund

Our father, Charles Norman Barrow, who passed away on 7/22/2020 at the age of 90, served and protected in partnership with his community for over 15 years as an officer and detective with the Jacksonville Road Patrol and Sheriff's Office. We established this fund to honor him and encourage young women and men in their studies and pursuit of a career as an officer. Thank you for your contribution - every dollar donated is significant and makes a difference. As our father would say, ‘talk to you the next time'.
