Funeral arrangement fundraiser for Norma Linda Cuevas

Hello, my name is Magali. I am the oldest granddaughter of my beloved grandmother, Norma Linda Cuevas. My grandmother was fighting a battle with a rare type of cancer, and unfortunately, her fight is over. She stayed strong and hopeful throughout this whole ordeal, which gave us the strength to keep her hopes high also. She was a strong mother to 7 beautiful children and a grandma and great-grandma to 12+ of us.

My grandma had stage 4 cancer, and it was aggressive. Unfortunately, after months of in and out of the hospital, the doctors finally gave us the devastating news that there was no longer anything that could be done for her. Cancer had already spread into her brain and many other parts of her body. They sent her home on hospice with only a week left to live. We spent the rest of the time we had left with her, comforting her and making sure she no longer suffered throughout her last days.

We want to remember her for the beautiful and kind-hearted person she was. She was the life of the party, as many would describe her. She was known and loved by many people who all can testify to the type of person she was. We knew the time was coming; we just are unfortunately not prepared financially for the challenges to come. We are now asking the community, friends, and family for your assistance to help give my grandmother a proper burial the way she would have wanted.
