This beautiful soul was taken from us by COVID-19. With a heavy heart we are asking for donations to help make funeral services and headstone glorious for our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Step-Mother, Step-Grandmother, Daughter, Sister and Friend,  Norma B. Rodriguez. Our Mom was truly one of a kind who had a heart of gold. She loved everyone with no boundaries, no judgement and gained the trust and love from all who crossed her path. She served the community for over 40 years and did it with a huge smile and loving heart each day. She cared and had a special bond with each and every one of her clients. Our Mom accomplished so many wonderful things in her life. She loved children and helped get Dia de los Ninos recognized in Phoenix. She helped many abused children and worked with families in need. She was awarded Hispanic Woman of the Year twice from the State of Arizona as well as countless recognition awards for her hard work serving the community.  Words cannot express the pain and sorrow we feel but we are proud to say she was our Mother and Grandmother. Those who knew her well knew family was the most important part of her life and she adored her grandchildren with all her heart. My mom lived life with no regrets and lived her life to the fullest. She will forever be our Queen,"LA GRAN SENORA" she takes a piece of our hearts with her. Covid-19 took this remarkable woman from us. Rodríguez. Nuestra mamá era realmente única que tenía un corazón de oro. Amaba a todos sin límites, sin juicio y se ganaba la confianza y el amor de todos los que se cruzaban en su camino. Ella sirvió a la comunidad durante más de 40 años y lo hizo con una enorme sonrisa y corazón amoroso cada día. Ella se preocupaba y tenía un vínculo especial con todos y cada uno de sus clientes. Nuestra mamá logró tantas cosas maravillosas en su vida. Amaba a los niños y ayudaba a que Dia de los Ninos reconociera en Phoenix. Ayudó a muchos niños maltratados y trabajó con familias necesitadas. Fue galardonada como Mujer Hispana del Año dos veces del estado de Arizona, así como innumerables premios de reconocimiento por su arduo trabajo al servicio de la comunidad.  Las palabras no pueden expresar el dolor y la tristeza que sentimos, pero estamos orgullosos de decir que ella era nuestra Madre y Abuela. Aquellos que conocían bien a su familia era la parte más importante de su vida y ella adoraba a sus nietos con todo su corazón. Mi madre vivió la vida sin remordimientos y vivió su vida al máximo. Ella será para siempre nuestra Reina, "LA GRAN SENORA" lleva un pedazo de nuestros corazones con ella. Covid-19 nos quitó a esta extraordinaria mujer.
