A 100 mile, solo non stop walk around the coast of Norfolk. (around 35 hours non stop)

So many of my friends and family will know my amazing mum in one way or another. A wild spirit, an inspiration and the best energy you could ever wish to be around!

Cruely this horrible disease chooses everybody. My amazing Mum has been fighting this horrid disease with dignity and courage. I want to use her strength to take on some challenges to do my small part in helping with the fight against MND.

With my close association to rugby and now my own mother, this cruel disease hits particularly close to home. The fight begins now and will continue to do so until real progress is made.
