The NORD BreakThrough Summit of 2024 is being hosted this October in Washington DC. We hope to be able to raise funds to allow the board chair to attend this summit.
“With a theme of “Equitable Access to Innovation”, the 2024 NORD Summit will feature thought-provoking discussions and actionable strategies on the latest advances in clinical trials, gene therapy, medical devices, AI and patient-focused drug development with an underlying focus on inclusion and equal access for all. In addition, there will be ample opportunities for networking and the opportunity to learn about the latest rare disease research in our Poster Hall.”
We hope that attending this summit will allow the foundation to have more connections for fundraising, learn strategies for obtaining grants, as well as introducing The MFDM Foundation to the rare disease community.
