On the 12th of May 2025 Latisha & Sean welcomed the birth of their beautiful identical twin girls Nora & Nova which completed their family born at just 28 weeks after a high risk pregnancy. Before the birth of beautiful little Nora & Nova, Nora’s fluids began to leak & due to the leakage unbeknown to us a bacteria called klebsiella -(usually a hospital surface bacteria) had entered into Nora’s waters & her system. Despite Latisha begging and pleading her soul out when the waters broke for the doctors to get them out the doctors decided it was safer for them to stay put, they are the professionals who know best. When Nora and Nova were born Nora was treated with antibiotics 24 hours after birth and she ‘recovered’ doing extremely well on her healing journey showing all the necessary recovery signs. She was eventually taken off the antibiotics but after a few days it was soon discovered that it had come back & she had a brain bleed as well as a haemorrhage from the first time in the womb but the infection was now septic on top of the 2 bleeds. Despite another round of antibiotics, prayers & everything else anyone could have done unfortunately she could not fight it this time and she passed away on the 20th of May 2025 in Latisha’s arms on her big brother Kyrie’s 9th birthday. Latisha & Sean are having an extremely heart breaking time trying to be there for Nova, 6 kids at home in Condobolin & now having to organise their sweet girls funeral who should have been coming home with her sister. During this difficult time we are seeking to support Latisha, Sean & their family with funeral costs to give our girl a send off as beautiful as she is. This is the first time publicly that this is being announced so we ask that we please respect Latisha & Sean’s privacy & please refrain from messages/calls to let them grieve in peace. It would be greatly appreciated if all the love, support & help was put into helping put little Nora to rest.
