Nora Allen

Hello, my name is Amy Van Duyn and I'm organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Nora Allen's mother, Amy Allen-Foddrill.

As many of you know, Nora was recently afflicted with a sudden and severe neurological disorder that has affected her in many ways, including her ability to walk. While the doctors are confident that this is temporary, it has nonetheless been a frightening and stressful ordeal for Nora and her family.

Nora spent the week of Christmas in the hospital and returned home shortly, only to be taken again where she is now admitted to Riley. She will spend at least the next month there receiving therapy and treatment.

Nora's mother, Amy, has had no choice but to take an extended and unpaid leave of absence from work. On top of already accumulating medical bills, this will understandably create a financial burden.

I'm asking for your help to relieve Amy so that this may be one less thing about which she has to worry during this difficult time. If you're able, I know that Amy and her family would appreciate anything you can give.
