Noodle Cat - treatment to fight a kidney infection

Hello - I am fundraising to help with medical costs for fighting my kitty's acute kidney failure.

My name is Keith. You probably know myself, or my wife, Katie, if you're seeing this. And if you follow us anywhere online, you've probably seen a million photos or videos of this beautiful grey cat named Noodle (full legal name: Campbell's Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup) AKA Gunga Ginga Grey Guy lol.

Long story short, she has recently been suffering from acute kidney failure. The first vet visit we had, we were shocked to our core. They stold us that these kinds of sudden shifts are typically from a food recall, or from eating a plant that is toxic to them, but neither one is the case here -- just sheer horrible luck.

We have been treating her through multiple avenues, and have had her on antibiotics for a week. Her blood work has showed mild, but not major, improvement, and it was the vet's recommendation that we give her another week of treatment before resorting to euthanasia.

We have been doing everything within our means to treat her condition as best as we can, but we are emotionally, physically, and financially exhausted. If you can spare even $1.00 to help give our beloved kitty a more comfortable stay, and to alleviate some of the strain we are feeling, we would be forever grateful.

This big softie means so much to us, and even having these extra 10 days with her is invaluable. Noodle is my first pet and getting her during covid lockdowns, having her to care for gave me so much each day. So it feels only right that I give this a shot.
