My name is Karin and I'm from the Netherlands. I'm reaching out to ask for your help for my in-laws; the Shakhsa family in Gaza.

As you all know, the situation in Gaza is dire and heartbreaking. There is a severe shortage of food, clean water, and other basic necessities.

My dear in-laws are also affected. Their home in the Shuja'iya neighborhood has been completely destroyed, and groceries have become unaffordable. Life in Gaza is incredibly difficult right now.

Seeing all the images deeply affects me, and I feel terribly powerless. I want to help them, which is why I’ve decided to start this fundraiser.

Help is desperately needed. Every contribution, big or small, means a great deal and can truly make a difference. Will you help too?

All funds raised will be directly transferred to the bank account of my husband’s brother. The money will then be used to support the entire Shakhsa family and provide for their basic needs.
