Non-Binary Breast Reduction

Hello, My name is Jesse and I'm Non-binary. I am wanting to get a breast reduction as they are very heavy  they are a 34E and I'm having back pains and clothes don't suit me anymore because of them. As a Non-binary person they cause me to have major body dysphoria and my self esteem is extremely low. I would be so grateful if you could help me as I am currently in a very low financial situation.
