No Masks for Healthy Californians
**New Fundraising Goal** - We are finalizing our opposition motion to dismiss and I am excited to share it with you when it has been submitted publicly. The state is arguing their basis for mask mandate is their 'temporary' emergency order. If we can show that there's no basis for the temporary restrictions, or that tho then that means there's no legal basis for ANY lockdown measure.
Current Case Status;
- We have received a motion to dismiss from the county. Full copy can be found in the link at the bottom.
- We have received a motion to dismiss from the state. Full copy to be found at the bottom.
- We are preparing our opposition to motion to dismiss. The due date is end of August as we are informed to write one omnibus opposition motion. We don't plan to wait that long and have been hard at work.
- Each day more science and facts prove that these lockdowns are detrimental and useless political gestures. Stay strong we'll make it through this together.
Overall Objective;
Government officials have made masks a political issue by removing choice and forcing healthy individuals to wear cloth masks. Because it has become political and science has been disregarded we must take the fight to the judiciary.
There are three pillars which form the basis for supporting this GoFundMe.
1. There is no scientific basis for healthy individuals to be forced to wear a face covering. Quarantines of healthy individuals are illegal. We allege with science that asymptomatic transmission is rare if it exists at all. The science of viral spread has not changed.
2. School age children and individuals pose little to no risk of dying to COVID-19. California schools should not be considered high risk zones. The American Academy of Pediatrics recently came out suggesting student be present at school.

3. All people and businesses should be free to gather as they see fit without inconsistent, unenforceable, and ever-escalating government lockdowns.
We eagerly await Gavin Newsom's response to our lawsuit. We expect he will continue to ignore the science and attempt to argue technicalities and unlimited government power.
We are up against one of the most powerful entities and judiciaries on the planet. We need any support you can give, even if that's just sharing the message. Please help end the hysteria and get us back to the real normal.
