My name is Nolan O’Laughlin and I’m 15 years old. I was born and raised in La Verne, CA. I just graduated freshman year at Bonita High School.
The reason why I need to raise money is I was offered a two month training opportunity in Italy by the head scout in So. Cal. for the Genova International Soccer School (GISS). My dream and goal is to become an elite professional soccer player. I will continue my education while chasing this dream, but it needs to be through international private schooling. It is required I stay in the international school for a full semester.
I have been fortunate the past 5 years, to be trained by high quality coaches. I’ve played with and against the best youth soccer players in the USA and on occasion globally. Most of the high level soccer players at my age focused only on soccer at a much earlier age than I did, but hopefully my overall athletic training in my earlier years will prove to be an advantage in the future as my soccer skills are refined and knowledge of the game increases.
A few soccer accomplishes….
My AYSO La Verne/San Dimas U10 all-star team and I went further than any other boys team from our region had prior (or at least 20+ years prior).
I played on the academy 00’ team that represented the USA in the Gyeongji Youth International Football Tournament in South Korea in 2012.
I’ve been in a Dallas Cup final played in the Cotton Bowl in Dallas (biggest and most competitive global tournament in the USA at that age) & 2 Surf Cup finals.
I would greatly appreciate your support with my academic education while traininig at a world class school of school if you are able.
Thank you for your consideration!!
Nolan
