My name is Nolan and in 2022 I was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder called ITP, immune thrombocytopenia. This is a long way of saying low platelets.

My family and I would like to attend a conference in Chicago, IL, for ITP patients and their families. This conference is in July 2023. The dates of the conference are very special to my family because 5 years ago my dad died on July 23. He was from the Chicago area and being in his hometown on this anniversary would really mean a lot to my family.
