My 11-year-old son, Nolan, has already endured several devastating losses in his life. At 7 years old, he lost his good friend Drew Nordstrom, and with several losses in between, he was devastated by the loss of his cousin this past November. Luckily, Nolan has made great strides in EMDR counseling and growing in grief.

To support Nolan and the loved ones lost, we are running a 5K on Saturday, and Nolan would like to raise money for Dollar for Scholars for his cousin James. One of Nolan’s fears is that he will forget loved ones that have passed away. We know by honoring and continuing to talk about them, this will not happen. Please support Nolan and our loved ones as we continue this difficult journey but focus on strength, love, and growth.
