Nola is our little Hippie Pup. She's the heart and soul of our family.
A few days ago, she missed the edge when jumping on the bed and fell and ruptured a disc in her vertibrae pushing the disc into her spinal cord causing horrible pain and paralysis in her hind quarters. She yelped in pain and went stiff from the hips down and started shaking in pain.
We rushed Nola to the local 24 ER Vet where we were told that her problem was most likely spinal and the next day at her regular doctor, we were given the rest of the story that she had damaged her vertibrae.
Today, we took her to another vet who came highly recommended and specialized in spinal issues. 
The new vet is so great. He gave us some plain and simple options.
1. Acupuncture
2. Cold Laser Therapy
3. Steroids
4. Pain Meds (MOST IMPORTANT)

The acupuncture and cold therapy is to try and get her bladder function back. Because she's paralyzed, she has no bladder movements so Jade has to manually express her bladder every three hours so she doesn't get an infection. 
Right now, Nola is in excrucuating pain and it's killing us. 
Anything we're able to raise for Nola will be spent on these things.
The doctor gave us a less than 50/50 shot at Nola walking ever again. At this point, we're just trying to get her out of pain and healthy whether she has use of her legs or not.
Nola would still have a happy life if she just had some wheels.... IF they're needed.
Maybe Nola will be back to 100%!
But we're being realistic and not counting on it.
We're still gonna fight to make that happen and do everything within our power to make her healthy.
We hate to have to make this page but the medical costs have drained our family completely.
