My name is Noel Santos. I am a pastor at Peace Portal Alliance Church for a grand total of 17 months. Before that, I was a flight attendant for 17 years. Before that, I was a guy, working odd jobs, and doing life outside of a growing relationship with Jesus.
In my late twenties, I started attending church on Sundays, but my relationship with Jesus never gained much traction. Until I joined a small group.
Not having grown up in the church, it took time to truly know God and to discern his call for my life. Thankfully, God is less concerned about time and more targeted about timing.
As a small group pastor, I am in a unique position to encourage and equip coaches and leaders who are leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus through group. Not only is group my passion , it is God's calling for me. I truly believe that God chooses people to change people through group -- through community.
As a leader, I am thankful for all that has been poured into me, but I have so much more to learn, and so many more ways to grow. Last month, I was accepted to the Arrow Leadership Program's executive stream . It is a highly-regarded two-year program, proven to wholly develop Christian leaders "so that they might be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus."
As the father of a two-year old and the husband of a stay-at-home mom, meeting the projected financial costs (tuition, travel and course materials) of the program seems unreachable. Our family will do our part with the portion that God has allotted to us, but I am asking for your prayers, discernment and consideration ...
As God invites you ... Would you journey with our story with your prayers, encouragement and donation; and be a part of the greater portion that God will provide to pay for Arrow?
At minimum, payment for the program is required in quarterly instalments over a two-year period. Once the financial goal is reached, our plan is to end the campaign, and donate all remaining funds to Arrow to help other students.
Thank you so much for prayerfully considering our request. Your support is a game changer to me and through me to others.
