Noel was found starving at a Texas gas station on Christmas Eve. A wonderful family took her off the streets and needed a rescue. She is emaciated, dehydrated, anemic, needs a dental, heart worm positive, has puss coming out her extremely long nails, and possibly pregnant... She is a Three Little Pitties Rescue dog now- her life is about the change! Please donate to help cover her costs, she is worth it!
