Words get lost when the feelings overwhelm.
Noe's life was definitely defined by the struggles and the way he overcame every one of them. Unfortunately, he lost his final battle, the most mysterious one against COVID-19, it took him from us by surprise, leaving a void in his husband, parents, family, friends, coworkers and many others whose lives were touched by his warm charm.
Noe was a smart, serious, loving person. Very shy at the beginning however if you ever gave him the chance to open up, you were surprised on how kind, humble and noble he was. His sense of responsibility and work ethic were inspiring. Even when he was isolating and working from home, suffering from the symptoms of the virus, he was making an effort to do his very best to not let his team down.
Working for AZ&B and being part of the DART team made him the happiest. He would take every opportunity to share how good it felt to feel free to express his opinions, to be working in an environment that not only heard his voice but also provided tools to keep on learning.
On a personal level, not only was he the breadwinner but also the figure from which young and old sought advice. Noe made tons of friends in many places because of his down to earth nature, his silliness and his will to make sure that everyone was having a good time.
The pain of his loss will remain but by giving to this cause you certainly will be helping his family to handle the financial struggles of the most unexpected event.
