NEED Help! Disappearing fast!

Hey everyone!
Last June I had finally saved up enough money to have a gastric sleeve performed on myself. I was close to 300 lbs. almost immediately after the surgery, complications began.... We believe that the surgeon cut my stomach too small and placed a staple incorrectly into my esophagus. This resulted in a tear in my esophagus and a few ulcers in my stomach. All the while, eating or drinking ANYTHING was complete agony. I lost my first 100 lbs in under 3 months, which is entirely too fast. After several follow-up operations to stretch my stomach back out, I thought my issues would come to a close. Within a few weeks, nauseating pain and cramping began again. I starting looking into the symptoms and found it might be gallstones. I paid to have a sonogram done, and sure enough, I had tons of them!
But now the Bariatric Doctors want more money to fix a problem that is DIRECTLY related to their poor execution of the initial surgery(gallstones can occur due to rapid weight loss). So my options are few. My wife and I just had our baby daughter on Feb 19th, this wiped out our savings and then some! As of today, I'm 147lbs and dropping.... I need to get my gallbladder out ASAP before it turns gangrenous, slips into my pancreas causing pancreatitis, and so I can start eating normal again before I disappear!
Any help you can give would be so appreciated, not only by me, but by my wife Christy, my son David, and my daughter Remi!
Thanks you for reading!
