Who we are?

Saimon Pereira Fernandes (project's creator), a Brazilian citizen residing in Portugal, Camila da Silveira Guanabara, a Brazilian citizen residing in Portugal, with their little son Noah, a Portuguese and Brazilian citizen, and Tim Alexander Bergfeld, a German citizen.

Tim and Saimon met on the Portuguese Caminho, in September 2023 and made the pilgrimage together. Both fell in love with the Caminho and are true pilgrims.

Saimon has traveled around the world, is knowledgeable about Portuguese culture and has Portuguese origins. He speaks fluent Portuguese and English and has good communication in French and Spanish. Saimon found in the Camino the essence and happiness of understanding that life is about serving others and understood that he received a call to this mission.

Tim currently works with people with disabilities in Germany and will be physically joining us soon.

Our space is for everyone who wants to experience the Caminho, whether they are pilgrims on the way to Santiago de Compostela or people who just want to spend some time with us.

In the best glamping style, we have beautiful and comfortable tents for our guests to sleep in, common spaces, a kitchen, bathrooms, lots of greenery and a river right beside us.

Located in a paradisiacal location, this is a place where people from different countries can visit and have healing, gastronomic, cultural experiences and simply learn from each other.

We also focus on exploring more of the region, not just related to the Camino de Santiago, such as various walks, trails, mountaineering, having activities for the community together with travelers who pass through us.
