Hello! Noah is once again battling urinary issues. Blood in his urine, frequently to go, not producing much, he’s been losing weight, it’s stressful on him and me. The cost of his care has become overwhelming. Just monthly costs I’m at around 300.00, not including vet visits. The 5 vet visits about 6 weeks ago wiped out a lot of my savings. He has a vet appointment tomorrow at 10:00am, where they want to do X-rays, lab work, possibly schedule an ultrasound and if needed talk about possible surgery options, since this is a reoccurring problem. He is already on prescription foods, wet and dry, drinks plenty of water, has multi-cat diffusers. I just want to make sure he has the best vet care possible. I will put things on a credit card if needed. Please only donate if it’s affordable, I hate asking anyone for money. Just feeling overwhelmed and really worried about him. He’s not even 9 yet, so I’m hoping he can have many more years of quality life left in him. I do have pet insurance on him, but they don’t cover the cost of certain things. Vet fees, and then I’m only reimbursed at a certain rate for other things. I will need to contact them and see what they would cover as far as perineal urethrostomy surgery.
