I have raised money in the past for an everyday wheelchair, an accessible garden for myself, I’ve bought a friend a chair and helped another friend fix their chair.

My name is Noah and I am now almost 18 I have  duchenne muscular dystrophy which means my muscles are wasting away, I love football, but love playing wheelchair football,
My equipment keeps me alive and moving. Also my condition deteriorates and muscles continue to weaken, I find my needs change, currently my head doesn’t stay up properly and I need a new headrest on my sports chair, it costs £400.  My mum can’t do it on her own, even if you give £1 it would be amazing.
