Who this will help

Hi, my name is Melissa and I am raising funds for my nephew, Noah by way of his mom, Shannon Delsignore.

Why I'm fundraising

Noah was brutally attacked at the beginning of December 2023 by a 19 year old young man who viciously beat and stabbed him. Noah's healing journey is just beginning and he was informed he will never have vision in one of his eyes due to the trauma from the assailants blade. They still do not know if he will be able to keep his eye. His cornea, retina, and tear duct all had to be repaired due to the knife blade. He also has blood on his brain and an air bubble that will hopefully be absorbed by his body. He's had to have surgery on his nose and eye socket as well to help with broken bones in those areas.

Noah is a young man himself and is a super sweet and funny guy. Watching him grow up alll I can think about is how he radiated joy with his smile each and every time I saw him. He's the kind of guy that just enjoys grabbing his fishing pole and heading down to the creek. He's a great young man and will accomplish many great things in life.

The impact of your support

I am raising these funds to help support his recovery through monthly bills while he is not able to work and medical bills which are piling up. If possible, to also help him afford a lawyer to sue the assailant civilly after the prosecution has concluded.
