My Story

Hello there,

Just to introduce myself, my name is Noah Halpin. I am a 28 year old transgender man from Dublin, Ireland.

I really do hate asking, but I have been trying to raise the funds for my top-surgery for over two years now, but am completely stuck.
Unfortunately, binding has caused irreversible damage to my spine, which requires a significant spinal surgery in a couple of weeks time.
So my situation has become urgent and I have decided that I have to ask for help.

Currently in Ireland, as a trans masculine person, there are two options if you would like to have "Top Surgery" (Breast removal/reduction).
1. Wait for the ONE surgeon in the country that performs this surgery on trans masculine people (6 years). 
2. Tavel abroad and have this surgery in a matter of months.

I am planning to travel to a well known, highly experienced surgeon in Poland. However, this will costs considerable money.
Money that I do not have.
As a part time worker and full time voluntary campaign manager for the This Is Me Campaign - Transgender Healthcare Campaign, it will be impossible for me to do this alone.

I am hoping that people who are in a position to, can help me access this much needed surgery.
