Meet my friend Noah Madison.
Noah is 9 years old. He is a phenomenal basketball player, football player, student and the most polite, energetic, outgoing 9 year old I have ever met.
Noah was diagnosed with Stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma just 4 weeks ago.
Noah has to endure a total of 66 chemotherapy treatments in the coming year. During those 66 weeks he will receive multiple “chemo cocktails” from the 4 different chemo drugs prescribed to kill his cancer.
Week 13 of his treatment will take Noah and his mom, Danyel, to Philadelphia where they will stay for 6 weeks. Noah will have daily outpatient radiation treatments. (Not a good summer vacation)
Noah’s medical bills and other expenses are rapidly piling up and his mom, my friend Danyel, has had to take a leave of absence from her job to care for Noah. She is a single mom with 3 kids.
The goal of this fundraiser is to help with travel expenses so she can get Noah to Philadelphia in July. (plane tickets, hotel stay, Uber rides, food, childcare for her other 2 children and household expenses)
Imagine, one day you are picking up your child from basketball practice and the next week he is getting a PET scan. That’s how quickly your life can change and it can happen to anyone.
If you can find it in your heart to donate even the smallest amount, small numbers can add up quickly!
You don’t have to give a lot to make a difference and you can give anonymously if it makes you more comfortable.
Please share this page on your own social media and with anyone you think could help.
Thank you!!
