Hi my name is Ihona and I started this fund raiser for my step son Noah. At just 21 years old Noah has been diagnosed with Grey Zone Lymphoma. This is a rare form of Lymphoma cancer that has qualities of both Hodgkin’s and Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Noah’s reality has been drastically altered and he’s facing daily challenges that no one his age should ever have to deal with. He was passionate about his Career as a boat captain and he’s no longer able to pursue his dreams of one day owning his own charter (for the time being). Noah was independent and took pride in being autonomous and that has been stripped from him. He had to give up his independence and move back in with his father and I for the duration of his treatment. As some of you may know we live in Key West and we have no resources for cancer patients so his treatments take place 4 hours away which has presented numerous challenges and a lot of unexpected expenses from hotel rooms and travel expenses, many meals away from home and the list goes on. My purpose of this fund raiser is to possibly help off set some of the financial burden on our family and Noah so that we can focus on getting him the best treatment possible.
