Hi, We're the residents of Berryessa community in San Jose, California. The City of San Jose is moving full steam ahead on building ONE HUNDRED Tiny Homes in the Noble Park area, next to Noble Elementary School and a public library. It sits next to the Percolation Pond that feeds the Aquifers and blocks away from two other schools.
This campaign aims to raise money to explore our legal options against the City of San Jose to stop any development on this site and keep this as a green space only.
Goals:
- Raise money to seek legal help and take legal action against the city to slow their development on this site, and stop it eventually.
- Any money left in the campaign will be distributed back to the community accordingly.
- ALL expenses will be shared publically, and receipts will be shared
