No Surrender Overcomers- Greece Bound

Team No Surrender Overcomers was formed by two best friends who both overcome life changing challenges, defeated adversity, did not succumb to meritocracy, and became Spartan inspiration to many people. Kyle was overweight for 31 years of his life, and decided to make a change. He begin to exercise 6 days a week, and has lost over 160 pounds. He became best friends with an old co-worker Matt, who was into fitness and helped Kyle develop workout plans to help him on his journey. Matt broke his foot and was also diagnosed with Cancer in 2018, which he had surgery for and overcome.

In 2019, the two together decided to try Spartan races. The races are different in length and each have military style obstacles included.  Matt had always wanted to try the races, due to his Brother Dale who passed away from Suicide, not being able to try them as he wished when he was living. Kyle had the idea to dedicate the races to Dale, and bring awareness to Suicide Prevention along the way. This sparked the #DoinIt4Dale movement, and allowed other supporters to join in on spreading the message during race day for Kyle and Matt. 

Looking forward to 2020, Kyle and Matt have been invited to the Spartan Trifecta World Championship in Sparta, Greece. We are hoping to continue inspiring other people, motivate people to never give up on dreams, and spread awareness for Suicide prevention across the globe. By supporting this fund, we will use it to compete in the World Championship and spread the #DoinIt4Dale message everywhere we go. We are honored, humbled and grateful for this help that can be provided along this journey.
