Chicagoland Musicians Unite
Donation protected
Chicagoland Musicians Unite! created the No Starving Artists Fundraiser to help working entertainers in the Chicago area that are experiencing monetary loss due to widespread work shutdown in response to COVID-19 safety precautions. The federal government has offered a relief package to many industries which does NOT benefit musicians. We are hoping that musicians uniting can lift each other up in this time of crisis.
Our aim is to lend financial support to local entertainers that rely on a large percentage of income generated by live performance to make a living. We are currently drafting application guidelines in order to make sure the funds are given to the proper recipients.
