As No Shave November, Movember, Move for Movember, or whatever-else-we-are-calling-it is upon us, we are setting out to grow some freaky facial hair, some marvelous mustaches, and run a mess of miles while raising funds for Mental Health Initiatives. In honor of our late friend Matt Rimualdo, the 5.25 million men who commit suicide every year worldwide, and the mental health struggles men and women survive everyday. Whether it is your first time growing a beard, if you have had a 'stache since you went to Woodstock, or you are participating by running 60 miles in recognition of the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, we welcome you to join us! All funds raised will be given to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Mental Health America. Thank you all in advance for your generosity in participating, donating, or sharing.
