¡No puedo hacerlo sola: ayúdame a vencer el cáncer!

Hola, mi nombre es Lisette Carolina Dávila Pérez, tengo 39 años, soy venezolana, madre de tres maravillosos niños, vivo en la ciudad de Mérida (Venezuela) y hoy me dirijo a ustedes con la esperanza de encontrar apoyo en este momento tan difícil de mi vida.

En julio de este año, fui diagnosticada con Cáncer de Recto Bajo y lesiones infiltrativas en el hígado.

Hasta ahora, me he realizado ocho (8) sesiones de quimioterapia, lo que ha logrado reducir las células metastásicas en mi hígado. Sin embargo, aún necesito someterme a veinticinco (25) sesiones de radioterapia junto con varias sesiones adicionales de quimioterapia, para reducir el tumor y poder realizar una Colectomía parcial con Colostomía. Esta cirugía es crucial para extirpar el tumor y el tejido afectado.

Lamentablemente, los costos de estos tratamientos son muy elevados y, como es sabido, la situación económica en este país es difícil. Con humildad, solicito su ayuda para cubrir los gastos de las quimioterapias, radioterapias y la cirugía que me permitirán luchar contra esta enfermedad y continuar cuidando de mis hijos. Su apoyo no solo me ayudará a mí, sino que también le dará a mis hijos la oportunidad de tener a su madre a su lado por más tiempo.

I can't do it alone: help me beat cancer!

Hello, my name is Lisette Carolina Dávila Pérez, I am 39 years old, Venezuelan, and the mother of three wonderful children. I live in Mérida city (Venezuela).

Last July, I was diagnosed with Lower Rectal Cancer and infiltrative lesions in my liver. Today, I am reaching out to you in the hope of finding support during this difficult time I'm going through.

So far, I have undergone eight (8) chemotherapy sessions, which have managed to reduce the metastatic cells in my liver. However, I still need to undergo twenty-five (25) radiotherapy sessions along with several additional sessions of chemotherapy to reduce the tumor and be able to have a Partial Colectomy with Colostomy. This surgery is crucial to remove the tumor and the affected tissue.

Unfortunately, these treatments' cost is very high and, as it is known, the economic situation in this country is quite difficult. That is why, I am humbly asking for your help to cover the expenses of the chemotherapies, radiotherapies, and the surgery that will allow me to fight this disease and to continue taking care of my children. Your support will not only help me but will also give my children the opportunity to have their mother by their side for longer.
