No One Noticed — a student short film

No One Noticed is a screenplay inspired by the song No One Noticed by The Marías.

Mars is a girl who feels out of sync and isolates herself. After being introduced to Apollo, she goes to great lengths just to be able to keep him around. He is the only one that understands her. After facing a conflict, she has to make a decision for herself: either desperately hang onto what is left or let go and accept reality.

It’s a story about self-sacrificial love and the desperation for connection. How far are you willing to go just to hold onto someone who is fading away? The intense yearning just to be loved.

My name is Xiomara Tintaya. I'm a 19-year-old student at SUNY Purchase College in the Film BFA program. This story I wrote is for my sophomore narrative film. It’s something that truly means a lot to me deep inside my soul. This heartache we experience, just wanting to feel loved and seen.

With the funds raised for this film, I am able to bring this story to life. It would cover costs such as:
