No one can help me now

Hello, my name is Larson Brian I need some help. My wife divorced me after I told her I was suicidal. I have multiple sclerosis and haven’t worked in five years and haven’t been able to drive since December 2017 because the MS attacked my optic nerves. I am now living at the Tuscaloosa VA homeless domiciliary and am awaiting a HUD-VASH apartment. I do not know anyone in Tuscaloosa and my nearest family is in Huntsville. I don’t know what I’ll do, as far as getting to a store for food or anything else. I only have about $120 to my name. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
