No new clothes for a year
For everyone one who knows me, I have a bit of an addiction to clothes. This is mostly thanks to charity shops and sustainable fashion. However, I do often find myself purchasing fast fashion online and although I either sell these pieces on when done, or donate them, I want to stop the cycle altogether.
For everyone who doesn’t know me, I’m a zoology graduate and a secondary school science teacher with a live for everything wild. I want to practice what I preach to my students and make sure my wardrobe is fully sustainable. I have recently started a sustained fashion Instagram with the [email redacted]_ and I hope that this platform will grow and encourage others.
So here’s the rules:
From July 1st, no new clothes purchases can be made. And it’s that simple.
Im donating the money from this challenge to WWF as it’s a charity very close to my heart, and supports sustainability to the highest degree!
