We are Great Lakes Neighbors United LLC, a group comprised of concerned citizens from Ozaukee, Washington, and Milwaukee Counties. We are engaged in the opposition of the Port Washington Data Center as approved by the Port Washington Common Council and slated to be developed by Vantage. Vantage has branded the Data Center Complex as the “Lighthouse Campus,” but we stand in opposition to this attempt to appropriate our community’s heritage. Our lighthouse, our history, and our identity belong to the people who live and work here, not to corporate marketing teams.

We are united in our commitment to protect the character of our lakeside community and to defend it from the influence of tech billionaires. We are raising funds to support our efforts to protect our community and the environment. We will use the earned funds for printing costs associated with community education, outreach events, and legal services in our fight against the City of Port Washington.

Great Lakes Neighbors Incorporated has applied to the IRS for recognition as a 501(c)(3). Our application is pending. If approved, donations are expected to be tax-deductible retroactive to our formation date.
