Gianna Guadalupe Ramirez

It is with great sadness yet simultaneous peace and joy that we say goodbye to precious Gianna, GiGi as we called her. She went to heaven on March 23, 2024, at the age of 5. As part of her healthcare team, we grew to love her as one of our own. This child required some type of medical intervention at least every 4 hours for her entire life. From the picture shown here, you can see that her spirit never wavered. GiGi was truly an angel on loan to us here on Earth. She now rests in the arms of God.

Jacqui, GiGi's mother, is truly a saint and devoted her entire being to caring for GiGi. As a single mother and a full-time caregiver for her daughter, she didn't have the opportunity to work. Numerous trips to Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA, a 3-hour drive one way is costly. That's where GiGi is today and we need to bring her home.

We are asking for donations to assist this family in covering transportation and funeral expenses. She will be buried in Santa Maria, California. Any extra funds will go directly to Jacqui as she faces the challenge of restructuring her life without her only child.

Jacqui expresses gratitude to all who have had a hand in GiGi's care over the years. Her devotion to GiGi is admirable.
